By accessing ervanelo.com, creating a customer account where available, or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the store policies applicable to your use or transaction.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or submit an order.

To make a purchase independently, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding purchase agreement where you live.

If you have not reached the applicable legal age, you may use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

If customer-account functionality is available and you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, weight, materials, pricing, and availability accurately.

Ervanelo™ focuses on contemporary home lighting, including pendant lights, table lamps, floor lamps, wall sconces, ambient lighting, architectural wall fixtures, and related decorative lighting products.

Colors may appear different because of photography, lighting, screen settings, display calibration, and other reasonable factors. Measurements and weights may also be subject to reasonable variation.

Minor differences in finish, texture, tone, grain, surface detail, dimensions, or weight are not necessarily defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing listed measurements and determining whether a lighting product is suitable for the intended space.

This is particularly important for pendant suspension heights, wall-mounted fixtures, bedside lighting, floor lamps, ceiling placement, and other locations with defined clearances or mounting requirements.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that the order request was received but does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted.

Payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks, and fulfillment checks may be required before an order is accepted or dispatched.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing or product-information error, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill or deliver the order.

Product prices and availability may change before an order is submitted.

Checkout displays the applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and final order total before payment.

Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Orders may be subject to authorization, verification, and fraud-prevention review.

Promotions may include eligibility conditions, product exclusions, minimum purchase amounts, quantity limits, expiration dates, or other restrictions.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, promotional offers may not be combined and have no cash value.

Requests to cancel or modify an order should be submitted as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins but cannot guarantee changes after processing, packing, or shipment starts.

Processing, shipping methods, estimated delivery, tracking, address accuracy, carrier delays, split shipments, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are provided for planning and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Return eligibility, the return window, damaged or incorrect orders, return shipping, inspection, exchanges where available, and refund processing are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for reading product information, following assembly, placement, maintenance, care, or safety instructions where provided, and using products only for their intended household purpose.

Where a lighting product requires mounting, hardwiring, assembly, ceiling or wall attachment, clearance from surrounding objects, or use with a particular electrical specification, the customer is responsible for confirming that the intended environment is suitable before installation or use.

Follow all product-specific instructions, electrical specifications, mounting requirements, and placement limitations where provided. Where professional installation is appropriate or required by local rules, use a qualified professional.

Some products may require simple assembly or adjustment. Customers should use the provided or specified hardware and follow the applicable instructions.

Do not modify structural components in a way that could compromise stability or intended function.

Care requirements vary by material. Avoid cleaning methods, chemicals, moisture exposure, heat, or abrasion that are inconsistent with the product's material and intended use.

Where care guidance is provided, follow that guidance to help preserve the product's finish and structure.

Product copy, specifications, imagery, graphics, and other store content may be updated to improve accuracy, reflect product changes, correct errors, or clarify information.

We reserve the right to correct obvious errors before or after order submission, subject to applicable law and appropriate customer communication.

The Ervanelo™ name, branding, original product photography, website copy, graphics, layouts, and other protected materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization except where permitted by law.

If you submit reviews, messages, images, feedback, or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that it is lawful, accurate to your experience, and does not infringe third-party rights.

We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect security, or enforce store rules.

The store may rely on Shopify, payment providers, carriers, fulfillment partners, analytics providers, advertising providers, and other third-party services.

Their independent services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and operational practices.

Personal information collected through the store is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and the practices of service providers involved in operating the website, checkout, fulfillment, analytics, and advertising where enabled.
