Checkout is processed through Shopify together with applicable payment providers using technical and organizational security measures intended to protect transaction information.

Ervanelo™ does not store complete credit or debit card numbers on its own store servers.

Security reminder: Ervanelo™ will not ask you to email your complete card number, card security code, or online-banking password.

Before payment is submitted, checkout displays the applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and your final order total.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly shown.

Please review products, quantities, shipping information, promotional discounts, and the final total carefully before completing payment.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may separately charge foreign-exchange, international-transaction, currency-conversion, or other financial-institution fees.

These charges are determined and collected by the applicable financial institution or payment provider and are not charged or controlled by Ervanelo™.

Promotional codes, automatic discounts, and special offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, quantity limits, minimum purchase amounts, or other conditions.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, promotional offers may not be combined and have no cash value.

A transaction may fail because of insufficient funds, issuer restrictions, billing-information mismatch, card limits, authentication requirements, security checks, network interruptions, or other payment-provider rules.

If your payment is declined, contact the applicable bank or payment provider for additional information and verify that the billing details entered at checkout are accurate.

In some cases, a bank or payment provider may display a temporary pending authorization before the transaction is finalized.

If a transaction is not completed, the time required for a temporary authorization to disappear is controlled by the financial institution or payment provider.

To help protect customers and the store, certain orders may be reviewed before fulfillment. We may contact you to confirm information, request reasonable verification, or cancel an order when payment cannot be verified, suspected fraud is identified, or fulfillment cannot reasonably be completed.

If an order is canceled before fulfillment and payment has already been captured, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible and cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has started.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After a refund is initiated by the store, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears on your account.

Payment-related personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the practices of Shopify and applicable payment providers.

Providers may process transaction information to authorize payment, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and complete the purchase.

If you receive a message claiming to be from Ervanelo™ that asks for complete payment credentials by email or ordinary message, do not provide them.
